Please note that some items are made on demand, which may result in a longer processing time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code so you can track your order.

Delivery time varies based on each product and the destination country. You can find the estimated delivery time on each product page in the description section. Please note that delivery times are stated in calendar days and may be longer than stated during peak seasons and holidays.

We currently offer the following estimated delivery times:

• 7-14 days to the USA and Canada
• 5-10 days to Europe

Grocery Items and Products Sourced from the Philippines:

All grocery items and products sourced from the Philippines are prepared and shipped within 5-7 business days. It will clearly state on the product description when the product will be shipped from the Philippines. Once the order is shipped, the email notification with the tracking code is sent to the customer.

Delivery Time:

Please expect the delivery time to be 5-10 days to the USA, Canada, and Australia. Please note that the delivery time is stated in calendar days and may be longer than stated during peak seasons and (national) holidays. Bagofwonders.com does not take responsibility for any delivery delays made by third-party delivery services.

International Shipping:

If you're an international customer, please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive in the country of destination. Bagofwonders.com is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging for the transportation fee for your order.

If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

To avoid delays in receiving your order, we strongly recommend providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach out to you to clear your order in case of any issues.
