Return and Cancelation Policy
At Bag of Wonders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Please ensure that you include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.
Please note that food items are non-returnable except for expired goods. If you receive an expired food item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at support@bagofwonders.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind. All returns will be processed as a refund.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it for quality. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for processing. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
Exceptions and non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Pre-order items are also non-refundable or exchangeable.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order to avoid any fees. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund. Instead, store credit will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable after 24 hours.
